Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases, unless the item received is defective or damaged due to delivery

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet the above conditions.
